- Refactor-a-thon - Members bring in snippets of (working) code, restricted to one of a small number of languages and say 100 lines. They pair up with a refactoring expert and refactor their code in situ. If there are 5 refactoring experts, there are 5 sessions going on at once. Other people in attendance would observe the sessions via projection screens.
